What this policy covers
This policy explains how Duoprep handles information during its beta service.
Information you provide
- Contact or account details you use to join the beta.
- Essay text, planning notes, précis answers and page images you submit.
- Messages, feedback and support requests you send to the team.
Technical information
Duoprep may collect basic usage, browser, device, diagnostic and security information needed to operate and protect the service.
How information is used
- To provide planning, transcription and marking feedback.
- To maintain submission history and respond to support requests.
- To investigate errors, prevent misuse and improve product accuracy.
Human review during beta
Authorized team members may review a submission when you report a problem, when support requires it, or when limited review is needed to evaluate and improve feedback quality. Access is restricted to people working on the service.
Service providers
Duoprep may use hosting, analytics, storage and artificial-intelligence service providers to process information on its behalf. Those providers may process data only as needed to supply their services.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to operate the beta, maintain your history, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion using the process described on the Data Deletion page.
Your responsibility
Do not include CNIC numbers, financial details, home addresses, medical information or other sensitive personal data in practice essays or uploaded images.
