Request deletion
To request deletion of your Duoprep beta account, submissions or associated contact information:
- Email hello@duoprep.ai, or message @duoprep.ai on Instagram.
- Begin the message with Data deletion request.
- Provide the username, phone number or email address used for the beta and state whether you want specific submissions or the full account deleted.
Verification
Duoprep may ask for reasonable information to verify that the requester controls the relevant account. Do not send passwords, CNIC images or banking information.
What happens next
Verified requests will be processed as soon as reasonably possible, normally within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Before deleting
Deletion may permanently remove essay history, planning work and feedback. Export or copy anything you want to retain before submitting the request.
